Our standard working schedule:

  • An experienced specialist for your chosen treatment will contact you within 48 hours via e-mail to answer your request and provide a quote for your treatment and accommodation package.
  • We request from you to fill out a medical questionnaire sent to you via email.
  • A conference call will be arranged between you and your assigned specialist to answer any medical questions that remain (optional).
  • We will than define time and details of all procedures, as well as sorting out your travel itinerary.
  • There will be a partial advance payment for medical services and accommodation booking.
  • 14 days prior to surgery the rest of the payment will be requested for payment. (if the patient cannot travel for health reasons, we will find an alternative date or the patient will be fully reimbursed, except for any pre-booking fee).
  • Departure to Spain/clinic.
  • A customer representative will be welcoming you at the airport upon arrival and take you to your hotel or clinic, as agreed.
  • Appointment with your assigned specialist for an initial consultation.
  • After running last medical checks, your procedure will be carried out.
  • Recovery and relax in your accommodation with VIP service and attention.
  • If you wish, you can take the opportunity to enjoy the tourist excursions you may have selected with us (before or after treatment).
  • Back home. (We will arrange that for you)
  • Our Customer Representative will call you to follow up on your return home that all is well and answer any questions you might have.
  • Throughout your stay, procedure and after your treatment we will be looking after you.
